May 22, 2008, Mumbai, May 22: A low key voter response was witnessed Thursday in the Lok Sabha by-election at Thane in Maharashtra, with workers of the Shiv Sena and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) trying hard to ensure maximum possible turnout.
